We love fried chicken at home. I always make them from scratch. I don’t use shake n’ bake and other instant stuff. I used to be a huge fan of Crispy Fry though until I discovered how easy it is to make my own breading.
I always serve vegetables when I cook fried chicken. Here’s what I served with this meal:
These are actually leftovers. I had 12 quail eggs, half a tray of baby corn, one red bell pepper and one chayote. I mixed them all up, added some garlic and onions and put some sauce. Voila! A filling and delicious dinner for me and MB.
