A Filling Breakfast Idea

I like chronicling what we eat because on days when I am stumped on what to cook, I browse my blogs to give me inspiration. Even simple meals such as this have a place in my blog.

For breakfast one Saturday morning, I cooked some fried rice with leftover ham. I chopped the ham and poured some oyster sauce over the rice. I also cooked some hotdogs and boiled some eggs. Serve this with some cold orange juice and your family will be happy for the rest of the day!
