Cooking with Leftovers

I always use up leftovers whether they are leftover ingredients or dishes. Here are a few examples.


For this dish, I used the leftover fried pork belly and mixed them together with snap peas and some sauce.


For this dish, I used the leftover snap peas and fried tofu. I added some enoki mushrooms too.

For the first dish, I made the mistake of making it too saucy. My husband liked it anyway as he loves saucy dishes. For the second dish, I added too much honey. The combination of snap peas and enoki was also a mistake. Next time, I will use another vegetable.
