Never mind the Burnt Bacon


I had a tub of cream cheese waiting to be used. I already used half of it for a recipe I wanted to make. I was stuck with another half. Cream cheese is very expensive in Manila so it’s not really very popular in our daily menu. One day, I needed a quick breakfast idea so I tried using it with some sliced bread and baguette slices. I drizzled some honey on top. I served this to my son and I’m really glad that he liked it. Now I know what to do the next time I get stuck with half a tub of cream cheese.
