We love snacking in our house. My son eats snacks 2-3 times a day. Some parents think that snacking is bad but I am an advocate of snacking. Our pediatrician also agrees. My son is very active and he does a lot of activities that require a lot of thinking so snacks give him the energy to last the day.
This is one snack (or dinner) that we usually have. These are mini pizzas. It’s very easy to make that is why it is a staple in our house. I just buy frozen mini crusts, sweet pizza sauce because that’s what my husband likes, some ham, cheese and pineapple tidbits. Just assemble the ingredients and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and the crust is a bit brown. My son likes this with fresh mango juice.
