Who loves corned beef and cabbage? I know I do! This is very simple way of making that dish.
Chop up some bacon and fry them in a little oil. Set aside. Saute some chopped garlic and onions in the same oil. Add the chopped cabbage until they are wilted. Remove from the pan. In the same pan, cook the corned beef. I like mine bit crispy. Add the cabbage and a little bit of water. Season with salt and pepper. I only used pepper because the meats were already salty. Top with the bacon bits. We ate this with freshly cooked rice and our favorite cold beverage.
