That Great Mistake

One day while grocery shopping, I asked my butcher for some pork belly. He gave me pork chunks by mistake and I only discovered the mistake when I was about to cook the dish. I don’t know how to cook pork cubes so I just made a batter, fried them and hoped for the best. They turned out pretty good!

MB liked it as well. I served it with some grilled eggplants and fresh tomatoes and of course, some bagoong.
